Periods can be stressful, but not having access to sanitary items makes it worse. Here at the Victress Support, we believe sanitary pads should be accessible to all women. In 2018, we started our mission to make that happen.
ABOUT US
The Victress Support was formed as a small initiative to tackle a big issue - hygiene poverty. The term Victress stands for a victorious woman. Here, we believe all women are victresses and that some just need to be empowered.
Our mission is to:
Educate girls on how to manage their menstruation safely and hygienically;
Empower underprivileged women through provision of sanitary items; and,
Promote sanitary napkin etiquette and change negative social norms on menstruation.

Making A Difference
SUPPORT FOR HOMELESS WOMEN
Women make up approximately 40% of the homeless population in Malaysia. Without access to sanitary pads, homeless women may be forced to use unhygienic alternatives such as newspapers, old rags, or plastic bags. Our organisation hopes to empower them by reducing the burden of the Pink Tax and giving them peace of mind during their period.
